Once a therapeutic relationship is established, all clinical communications and records are governed by California law, the rules of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, and applicable federal law including HIPAA. A separate Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) will be provided to all clients at the start of services.

All group programs facilitated through this website (e.g., California Art Therapy Group, California Clinicians Group) are HIPAA-compliant and conducted in accordance with California law.
